30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it within 30 days from the shipping date for a full credit or exchange—your choice. Some restrictions apply. Restrictions:
- All items must be in NEW or UNUSED condition.
- Golf shafts must be new, unused, uncut, and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-built golf clubs
- Custom-assembled adaptors/shafts
- Custom-prepped or cut shafts
- Personalized golf balls
Returns Process
An RA (Return Authorization) is required for all returns. Please contact us via phone or email with the following details to initiate a return:
- Your name and order number from the receipt
- The reason for the return
- The best way to contact you
We will provide return instructions, including an RA number, which must be included with your return shipment.
- Return shipping: Prepaid return labels are only issued for errors made by Stafford Golf Store or defective products.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or account used for the purchase.
- Shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Please ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging. COD shipments will not be accepted. Returns sent beyond the 30-day guarantee period may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damaged shipments: If your package arrives damaged, save the shipping carton and contact us immediately. We will arrange for the package to be returned and resolve the issue promptly.
- Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.

- Keep a record of your return tracking number. Stafford Golf Store cannot be held responsible for returns until the package is received and signed for.

- Shoes and clothing must be returned in unworn condition and tried on indoors only.
